Cancellation policy

We work quickly to process orders so they can be shipped as soon as possible.

⏳ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase only.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

🚫 Final Sale Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all lip products are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation after processing.

📦 After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped:

  • We are unable to cancel the order

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Saint Haven Lips is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers

If your order was placed within the 1-hour window, contact us immediately at:

  • Your order number

  • The email used at checkout

  • “Cancel Order” in the subject line

We cannot guarantee cancellation requests made after the 1-hour window.
